About the Program

What Is the au888 VIP Program?

The au888 VIP program is a loyalty system built specifically for players who regularly enjoy the platform. Every time you play fish games, place sports bets, spin slots, join eBingo rooms, or sit at live casino tables, your activity contributes to your VIP standing.

The idea behind it is simple: the more you engage with au888, the more the platform gives back. This is not a one-time welcome bonus — it is an ongoing relationship where your tier level reflects your history on the platform and unlocks benefits that compound over time.

For Filipino players, this matters in practical ways. Higher VIP tiers come with faster PHP withdrawal processing, better cashback rates on losses, higher daily and weekly limits, and access to a dedicated support channel that bypasses general queues. If you have ever had to wait for a withdrawal or wanted more flexibility on your account limits, moving up the VIP ladder directly addresses those pain points.

VIP tiers are based on your overall platform activity. All benefits apply to your PHP balance and are calculated in Philippine Peso. Specific tier thresholds and rates are shown in your account dashboard after you log in.
Automatic Tier Upgrades Your VIP tier updates automatically based on your activity. No applications, no forms — just play and let the system track your progress in real time.
PHP Cashback & Rebates VIP members receive cashback on net losses across eligible game categories. The rate increases with each tier, giving you more back as you climb.
Faster Withdrawal Processing Higher-tier VIP accounts benefit from prioritised withdrawal queues. Your PHP gets back to your bank account or e-wallet faster than standard processing times.
Dedicated Support Access Gold tier and above unlocks access to a priority support channel staffed specifically for VIP members — shorter wait times and more personalised assistance.
Higher Account Limits VIP players enjoy higher deposit, withdrawal, and single-bet limits. As your tier increases, these limits expand to match the scale of your activity.
Exclusive Tier Bonuses Each tier unlock comes with a one-time tier achievement reward in PHP. Milestone bonuses are credited directly to your au888 account balance.

FAQ

VIP Program Questions Answered

No application is needed. Every registered au888 account is automatically enrolled in the VIP program starting at Bronze tier. As long as your account is active and verified, your play activity is being tracked toward tier progression. There are no opt-in steps, no sign-up forms, and no waiting period.

VIP tier maintenance conditions are based on your platform activity over a defined period. Specific maintenance requirements are shown in your account dashboard once you log in. If you are concerned about losing a tier you have worked to reach, you can check your status anytime from your account page. The system gives you visibility into where you stand so there are no surprises.

Cashback is calculated on your net losses across eligible game categories — this means your total losses minus your total wins over a given period. The applicable rate depends on your current VIP tier. Credits are applied to your PHP balance on a regular schedule, with the exact timing and rate displayed in your account dashboard. Cashback is credited in Philippine Peso with no currency conversion needed.

Everything syncs to your account in real time.

When your activity crosses a tier threshold, your account upgrades automatically. You will receive a notification confirming your new tier status, and the tier achievement bonus is credited directly to your PHP balance. Your new benefits — including updated cashback rates, higher limits, and any additional support access — activate immediately. No manual claiming is required on your end.

The VIP program is available to all registered and verified au888 accounts. Players across the Philippines — whether you are in Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, or anywhere else — are eligible as long as your account is in good standing. If you have not yet registered, you can create a free account today and start at Bronze immediately.

Gold tier and above players have access to a dedicated priority support channel visible from within their account.
